Kendrick Buford, Ph.D., assistant teaching professor in science education at USM’s Center for Science and Math Education, will present a talk titled, “Naturalist Intervention to Reduce Biophobia.” Dr. Buford is also the coordinator of USM’s Region I Mississippi Science and Engineering Fair, which features science and engineering exhibits from students in grades K-6.
