USM will host the state's most exciting K-12 science competition, the 2024 MS Science Olympiad tournament. Junior high and high school students will come to USM to compete in a variety of science competitions held in the Walker Science Building, Johnson Science Tower, Chain Technology Center, the R.C. Cook Union, and the Payne Center. First place middle and high school teams will receive an invitation to the National Science Olympiad in May at Michigan State University.
