The College of Nursing and Health Professions will hold its first research symposium Thursday, Feb. 6. The symposium will be held from 1-4:30 p.m. at Asbury Hall on the Hattiesburg campus.

Dr. Charleen McNeill, executive dean of Academic Affairs at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and president of the Southern Nursing Research Society, is the keynote speaker. The event also spotlights groundbreaking research and collaboration and innovation in nursing and health professions. It also includes oral and poster presentations by the CNHP's distinguished faculty, showcasing their externally funded research contributions to advancing knowledge and practice.
