In 1962, Dr. DuBard opened the “School for Preschool Deaf and Aphasic Children” on the campus of The University of Southern Mississippi. Renamed in the founder's honor, DuBard School for Language Disorders has pioneered in the field of speech-language education and changed countless lives through the years.
