The Faculty Artist Series presents Dr. Marcos Machado, string bass and Dr. Michael Bunchman, piano, in a recital inaugurating a multi-semester “pedagogical recital” project dedicated to the core solo repertoire for double bass. Over the course of this series, Dr. Machado will perform the principal concertos, sonatas and foundational works that define the instrument’s canon.
