Fall 2020 STEM Speaker Series

Erin Smith, Ph.D., assistant professor in the School of Education at USM, will be the fifth speaker in the Fall 2020 STEM Speaker Series. She is one of the creators of a pilot mathematical program, Math Power, designed to help parents better understand math concepts and skills so they can empower children in this subject area.

The series follows a lunch and learn format with time allotted for informal discussion and a question and answer session after each presentation. Please join these special guest speakers presented by the interdisciplinary Center for Science and Mathematics Education.
