Recently, the estuary program was formed with the mission of facilitating community-driven conservation, restoration and stewardship of the Mississippi Sound. In this presentation, Sparks will discuss the formation, goals, community engagement and feedback opportunities and initial activities of MSEP. His presentation will include activities of several connected coastal Extension programs along the Mississippi and Alabama coasts.
