The Gulf Coast Graduate Student Symposium (GCGSS) will take place Feb. 14-16. The GCGSS is an annual regional conference that is alternately hosted by TheUniversity of Southern Mississippi (GCRL), Dauphin Island Sea Lab (DISL), and Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON). The hallmark of GSS is that the meeting is exclusively hosted by and attended by graduate students. 

This event is similar to the Graduate Student Research Symposium hosted on the Hattiesburg campus. Participants have the option to submit an oral or poster presentation through the registration form. A majority of students participating will be from the School of Ocean Science and Engineering.
