The Southern Miss Activities Council will hold Mental Health Day on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 7-9 p.m. at Spirit Park. Students can participate in various activities, including painting affirmation rocks, making bracelets and planting flowers. There will also be games, such as parachute, giant checkers, giant Jenga and giant Connect. Students can enjoy food and soothing music.
