The Southern Miss ring is one of the most important traditions on campus. Adorned with images from both the Hattiesburg and Gulf Coast campuses, it is not a piece of jewelry but a piece of history. Maintaining a good academic record and completing enough credit hours allows one to earn the Southern Miss ring. As a symbol of honor and achievement, the class ring tradition is a great way for students to show the world they are a proud alumnus of The University of Southern Mississippi. 

The Southern Miss Alumni Association invites upperclassmen to show their support for Golden Eagle traditions and order their class ring during Southern Miss Ring Day 2023 at the Barnes & Noble at Southern Miss Bookstore on the Hattiesburg campus.
