The School of Social Science and Global Studies (SSGS) is excited to announce a SSGS Spring Research Presentation presented by Dr. Ryan Williams, Assistant Professor of Political Science and Criminal Justice at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Williams will be giving a research presentation titled, "Victim Framing: Media Narratives and the Crime Victims' Rights Act.” 

Dr. Williams' research is in the field of american politics, with particular interests in judicial politics, political communication and american political development. Dr. Williams’ work has been published in journals including Justice System Journal and Journal of Political Science Education.
